A night when the wine spoke another language
During this exclusive experience, led by bartender Gorka Peciña and chef Álvaro Melero from La Huerta Vieja restaurant, attendees were able to tour our winery and then immerse themselves in a very special tasting featuring five concoctions created using five wines from Bodegas Corral.
Far from hiding the wine behind impossible blends, the goal was exactly the opposite: to enhance it, respect it, and discover unexpected nuances through contemporary mixology.
And the result was fascinating.
Our Don Jacobo and Altos de Corral wines were transformed into fresh, floral, fruity, and complex cocktails, demonstrating a versatility that surprised even the most traditional wine lovers. Each creation explored new textures, aromas, and contrasts. Some were light and vibrant. Others were deep and enveloping, with toasty and spicy notes that seemed to prolong the story of each wine on the palate.
All of this was accompanied by small culinary pairings designed specifically for each drink.

Another highlight of the evening was the gourmet menu prepared for the occasion. Each tapa was conceived as a natural extension of the cocktails and wines that brought them to life.

Haute cuisine techniques, carefully selected ingredients, and an elegant presentation came together to create an immersive experience where every detail made sense.
