Terms and Conditions for Visits

  • Reservations
    All visits must be booked in advance through the official channels indicated on our website.
    Reservation confirmation is subject to availability and will be sent by email.

  • Cancellations and Changes
    Reservations may be modified or canceled by contacting the wine tourism department through the channels provided by Bodegas Corral.
    For tours that do not include a meal service, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the confirmed date and time. In these cases, the amount paid will not be refunded, but a voucher for the same value will be issued to enjoy the experience at a later date, subject to availability, or a voucher for the same amount to be redeemed within one year in our Online Store.
    Tours that include services contracted with third parties, such as restaurants, complementary activities, or other associated services, do not allow for cancellation, refunds, or the issuance of vouchers once the reservation has been confirmed.
    Failure by the visitor to show up at the reserved date and time will result in the loss of the right to enjoy the booked experience and will not entitle the visitor to a refund or the issuance of any voucher.
    Bodegas Corral reserves the right to modify the schedule, structure, and content of the tours or to cancel them for organizational, operational, or force majeure reasons. In such cases, the visitor will be offered an alternative date or a voucher for the amount paid to enjoy the experience at another time.

  • Punctuality
    We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Tours will begin at the scheduled time and we cannot guarantee admission once they have started.
  • Safety Rules
    For safety reasons, access to certain areas not included in the tour is prohibited.
    It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the staff throughout the visit.
  • Minors and Pets
    Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
    Pets are not allowed, except for properly accredited guide dogs.
  • Weather Conditions
    Some activities may take place outdoors. Appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended.
  • Right of Admission
    Bodegas Corral reserves the right of admission and to cancel the visit in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
