Terms and Conditions for Visits

Reservations
All visits must be booked in advance through the official channels indicated on our website.
Reservation confirmation is subject to availability and will be sent by email.
Modifications and Cancellations
Bodegas Corral reserves the right to modify the schedule, structure, and content of visits without prior notice for organizational or operational reasons or due to force majeure.
In the event of cancellation by the visitor, the cancellation policies indicated in the booking process will apply.
Punctuality
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Tours will begin at the scheduled time and we cannot guarantee admission once they have started.
Safety Rules
For safety reasons, access to certain areas not included in the tour is prohibited.
It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the staff throughout the visit.
Minors and Pets
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Pets are not allowed, except for properly accredited guide dogs.
Weather Conditions
Some activities may take place outdoors. Appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended.
Right of Admission
Bodegas Corral reserves the right of admission and to cancel the visit in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
