Vineyards

Vineyards located on the hillside of Moncalvillo. Tempranillo Blanco vineyards are young and they are located in Sojuela at an altitude of 800 meters. Most of the Viura vineyards are between 40 and 60 years old. The soils are ferrous clay type and the average altitude is 400 meters. The predominant climate is continental and mediterranean.

Tasting

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. The nose is dominated by aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple, accompanied by citrus notes and a delicate floral background. The palate is fresh, balanced, with a vibrant acidity that sustains its journey and an elegant finish with notes of fresh fruit and a slight mineral memory.

Temperature to be served between 7 and 9 ºC.

Ideal pairing with fish and seafood.
