Made entirely from Garnacha grapes, following the Provençal style that sets the trend for great gastronomic rosés. Tasting
Pale pink in colour with salmon hues, bright and enticing. On the nose, it reveals notes of fresh fruit such as wild strawberries, white peach, and a subtle floral background. On the palate, it is light yet enveloping, with lively acidity that brings tension and a dry, refreshing finish—ideal for light yet characterful enjoyment.
Temperature to be served between 7 and 9 ºC.
An ideal match for spicy and seasoned dishes.
