For this reason, a few months ago we launched a gastronomic experience at our winery. An experience that allows you to enjoy our wines around the table, without rushing and in the place where they are born. An offering that combines wine tourism and seasonal Rioja cuisine.

Our visits: much more than just discovering a winery
Visits to our winery are designed for those who are looking for more than just a tour of a winery. Throughout the tour, we delve into our history, visit our most iconic spaces and discover how the wines that have accompanied generations for over 120 years are made.
An experience designed to connect with the origin, the land and time. And it is precisely on this basis that the winery’s gastronomic offering was born: a way to round off the visit with a culinary experience with clear Riojan roots, consistent with the environment and our own philosophy.

Two dining options that complement our tour options
The Corral + traditional menu visit allows you to add a meal to our simplest visit that reflects the essence of Rioja cuisine, reinterpreted from a contemporary perspective.
After visiting the winery and tasting the wines, visitors go to the dining room to enjoy an updated traditional menu, designed to complement the wines and the season.
This menu consists of dishes inspired by Rioja cuisine, made with local products, respecting tradition but incorporating modern techniques and presentations. An honest, balanced offering designed to make each visit special.
Furthermore, the menu is not static: it is updated quarterly, adapting to the seasonality of the produce and allowing even those who repeat the experience to always find something new to discover.
Visiting hours Corral with traditional Riojan menu
- Visits: Wednesday to Sunday, at 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
- Lunch: 2:30 p.m.
A structure designed to enjoy the tour at a leisurely pace and round off the experience around the table, as tradition dictates.
On the other hand, we have our most exclusive tour, which in this case can also be rounded off with a Riojan menu. The tasting tour + traditional menu is a tour for those who want to delve even deeper into the world of wine. In this case, the gastronomic offering is integrated into the tasting tour, a more comprehensive and detailed tour designed for those seeking a premium wine tourism experience in La Rioja.
The menu is the same for both experiences, maintaining its Riojan character, seasonal and constantly evolving, but the focus of the visit allows you to get to know the winery in greater depth and enjoy a more personalised experience.

- Lunch: 2:30 p.m.

The dining room opens with a minimum number of guests, which ensures the quality of service and the dining experience. If the required capacity is not reached, the winery may modify or cancel the visit, always contacting the customer in advance and managing any changes by mutual agreement and by telephone.
